Terms of service
General information about the online store
Online store products are sold by Moi & Co Oy (later Moiko) 2350279-1. Products are sold to consumer customers worldwide.
Parties and application of the terms of the agreement
These terms and conditions apply between Moi & Co Oy (later Moiko) and its customers when the customer buys products or services offered by Moiko from Moiko's online store.
Finnish and EU consumer protection legislation and these terms and conditions apply between Moiko and the customer. Despite the above, if the customer resides in an EU member country other than Finland, the customer can also invoke the mandatory legislation of their own country. If the customer is a company or other organization, these terms and conditions are primarily followed, as well as the Finnish Trade Act and other applicable Finnish legislation secondarily.
Transactions and registration in the online store
Users representing consumers and business customers can register in the Moiko online store by filling out the registration form and choosing a username and password. The customer can also order products without registering.
By ordering products, the user confirms that they have read these terms, accepts them and will adhere to them.
Placing an order
A binding contract regarding the delivery of the goods is created when Moiko sends the customer an electronic order confirmation. Moiko has the right not to accept the customer's order for a justified reason.
Product prices and delivery
The price of the product is the price displayed in the online store in connection with the product information at the time of ordering.
When selling and transporting products to EU countries, the prices indicated include the value added tax according to the destination country.
When selling and transporting products outside the EU countries, the customer of the product is responsible for local taxes, customs duties and other comparable costs.
Moiko delivers the products it sells to the customer on the basis of the transport contract it has concluded with a third party. Shipping costs are added to the order price. The shipping costs of each order appear at the online store's checkout when the customer chooses the delivery method.
Product delivery times are determined by product. The delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination of the shipment.
Moiko can, at its own discretion, offer the customer various product-specific discounts. Discounts cannot be combined with other discounts or offers that may be available to the customer.
Moiko reserves the right to change prices. However, the prices valid at the time of the contract's entry into force will be applied to the order placed by the customer and to the contract regarding it and to the products delivered or the service to be produced based on it.
