Any delivery charges for the order are dependent on the size of the order and the delivery method chosen. Delivery charges are automatically added to the total amount of your order and will be visible in your cart before check out. For a single purchase of more than €150, delivery is free of charge. The estimated delivery times indicated are working days.
We do our best so that your order will be ready to go no later than the working day following the date of your order. We do not dispatch parcels on weekends or public holidays. Orders are processed on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. During promotions, when order volumes are high, orders may take 1-2 days longer to process. Please take these things into consideration when placing your order.

For deliveries outside the EU, any taxes or customs duties are not included in delivery charges and are the responsibility of the customer.
For all uncollected parcels, we charge a handling fee of 10 euros for domestic deliveries and 15 euros for international deliveries. If you want your order to be reshipped, the handling fee and the price of the new delivery will be charged. Otherwise, the order will be reimbursed and the handling charges will be deducted from the refund.
Ordering Products as Gifts
You can order a product as a gift by adding the recipient as the delivery address. Please let us know in the comment field that the product is a gift, so we know not to include an order confirmation or other price information with the order. If you wish, you can also buy a stylish gift box from us (you can find them here) and write a greeting in the comment field, which we will then write on the package's ribbon. If the recipient wishes to exchange or return the product, please contact us by email.
Our webstore’s payment intermediary is Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made via Visma Pay's online service and the statement and invoice show Visma Pay or Paybyway Oy as the recipient. Visma Pay forwards the payments to the online retailer. The payment is secure as all information about the payment transaction is transmitted over an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the transaction details.
A transaction is created between an e-commerce customer and a webstore. The webstore is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction.
Through Visma Pay, you can pay with your online banking ID, wallet service, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice or installment. The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, local co-operative banks, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard, as well as Jousto and Enterpay Lasku for companies.

Our products have a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return applies to unused products in good condition, with the original product information attached. Products manufactured according to the customer's wishes (e.g. mittens with personalized letters or numbers) cannot be exchanged or returned.
If the product has been used or is otherwise not in its original condition, we have the right to refuse the customer's right to cancel the sale and charge a reduction in value up to the full price of the product plus return costs, based on the buyer's duty of care.
Once the refund is accepted, the refund will be paid to the original method of payment in accordance with the Finnish consumer protection law. The processing time for product returns is 10 to 15 working days.
If the customer has ordered a product from a campaign where the discount is obtained after a certain amount of money has been spent or is accompanied by other discounts per item or per spent amount, the discount will be canceled if some of the products are returned. In this case, the refund amount received by the customer will be calculated according to the conditions of the campaign.
Returns from Finland
Fill in the return form that came with your order and pack the products you wish to return. Please take care with the packaging. You can reuse the packaging and protective papers in which the products were sent to you.
Returns from Finland are always made via Posti, regardless of the original delivery method of the package. Attach the return label that came with your order to the parcel, with our address and our return code 630038. Please cover the old address information with the sticker. You can send the parcel from any post office. The postage has been paid and there are no additional postal expenses for you.
Please return and exchange items picked up or purchased from our showroom, pop-up stands or trade fairs at our office at Vattuniemenkatu 15 A, 00200 Helsinki if possible. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about returns.
Returns from abroad
To return products from abroad, please contact us at kauppa@moiko.fi. Please include your order number and the products you wish to return. We will check the shipping method of your order and provide you with return instructions accordingly. When returning products from abroad, we will deduct 6€ from the refund amount of your order.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange the product you’ve purchased, please return it according to the instructions above and place a new order in our online shop. You can also come to our showroom to exchange your product. Check out our address and opening hours here.
In case a product is not what it was supposed to be or something unexpected happens to it, please email us and tell us where you bought the product, when you bought it and attach a clear picture so we can see what the problem with the product is. Please also tell us what type of wear the product has gone through, if you have washed it and how you washed it. Whatever the problem may be, we can sort it out together. You can also come to our showroom to show us the product.
